Hannah Pearce, LCSW (she/her)
Hannah has experience in acute care settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals and PHP/IOP programs. In this work Hannah has developed the ability to hold a safe space, even when people are feeling at their most vulnerable. Hannah is well versed in working with adolescents, young adults, adults and families. She has extensive experience treating eating disorders, uses a Health at Every Size (HAES), All Foods Fit and body neutral approach. Hannah is also informed on the Harm Reduction Model.
Hannah is comfortable working with clients who may feel or have been told they are “too difficult or challenging.” Her experience in more acute settings, as well as her relationship style and calm demeanor, allows her to approach clients through a less reactive lens. Hannah also has extensive experience working with diverse clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, developmental disabilities, trauma related distress and symptoms and behavioral dysregulation.
She has a calm and patient approach, utilizing a relational and relaxed style. She is direct and straightforward, and uses gentle-empathetic challenging to support clients to identify their goals, needs and changes necessary to reach their full potential.
